The theme during the early years of Kevin's Grand Prix career was one of brilliance denied. Denied the ultimate accolade either because of machine problems or human failings. The failings were sometimes as spectacular as the successes. The reasons for them as hard to pinoint as the problems encountered with the Suzuki. For whatever reason the combination was inconsistent. Oh but when it was right it was without equal.
